Yumpass is committed to providing the best possible customer experience. If something goes wrong, we’re here to help.
You are eligible for a full or partial refund if:
Your order was not delivered
You received the wrong items
Items were missing or severely damaged
You canceled before the order was prepared
Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:
Incorrect delivery address provided by the user
Customer unavailable at the time of delivery
Cancellation request made after food preparation
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or Yumpass wallet, based on your preference.
Refunds are processed within 4 to 7 working days after approval.

Our support team will investigate and respond within 24–48 hours.
Note: Since Yumpass deals in perishable food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been delivered.
However, if there is a problem with the food (e.g., wrong item, spoiled, or damaged), please:
Take clear photos of the issue immediately
Contact our support team at support@yumpass.in
We'll review your case and issue a refund or compensation if appropriate.
