Welcome to Yumpass, the fast and affordable food delivery app that brings you North Indian, Assamese, Chinese, Tandoori, cakes, baked goods, and more—right to your doorstep in just 30 minutes.

By using the Yumpass app, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, registering, or using the Yumpass app, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.


2. Services Provided

Yumpass acts as an online platform that connects users with nearby restaurants and food providers. We facilitate:

  • Browsing of menus and nearby vendors

  • Order placement and confirmation

  • Delivery of selected food items


3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Yumpass, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date delivery information

  • Use the app for lawful purposes only

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Not misuse or interfere with the platform's operations


4. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to restaurant availability and acceptance.

  • You agree to pay the full price of the order, including taxes and applicable delivery charges (starting from ₹10).

  • Payment must be made using the supported payment methods in the app.

  • Yumpass does not store your full card or bank details.


5. Delivery

  • Yumpass aims to deliver within 30 minutes, but actual delivery time may vary due to factors like traffic, weather, and restaurant preparation time.

  • Users must be available to receive the order at the provided location.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be canceled without refund.


6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • You may cancel your order only before the restaurant starts preparing it.

  • If eligible, refunds will be issued to your Yumpass wallet or original payment method within 4–7 working days.

  • Refunds are provided for valid issues such as missing items or failed deliveries.

7. Account Termination

Yumpass reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in cases of:

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Abuse of the app or support team

  • Violation of these terms


8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Yumpass platform, including logos, designs, and text, is the property of Yumpass or its partners. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.


9. Limitation of Liability

Yumpass is not liable for:

  • Food quality issues (responsibility lies with the restaurant)

  • Delays caused by third parties

  • Technical interruptions or app downtime

In no event shall Yumpass be liable for indirect or incidental damages.


10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted within the app and take effect immediately. Continued use of Yumpass indicates your acceptance of the changes.
