Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Here’s how it works on Yumpass:

1. Cancellation by Customer

  • You can cancel an order only before the restaurant starts preparing it.

  • If the order is already under preparation or out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.

  • Cancel through the app or contact support at support@yumpass.in immediately.

2. Cancellation by Restaurant or Delivery Partner

  • Rarely, an order may be canceled by the restaurant or our team due to unavailability of items, high demand, or technical issues.

  • In such cases, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method or Yumpass wallet.

3. Penalty for Frequent Cancellations

  • Repeated cancellations or misuse of the app’s cancellation feature may result in temporary suspension of your account.
