We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Here’s how it works on Yumpass:
You can cancel an order only before the restaurant starts preparing it.
If the order is already under preparation or out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
Cancel through the app or contact support at support@yumpass.in immediately.
Rarely, an order may be canceled by the restaurant or our team due to unavailability of items, high demand, or technical issues.
In such cases, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method or Yumpass wallet.
Repeated cancellations or misuse of the app’s cancellation feature may result in temporary suspension of your account.
